About us
Established on 25 July 2007 with the official approval of a decree dated 19.12.2007 and published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale on 21.12.2007 in accordance with Art. 19 of Law 164 dated 10.12.1992.
The consortium was created by a group of wineries that with the fundamental contribution of the Cagliari Chamber of Commerce decided to jointly pursue the following aims:
- control over quality and traceability from vineyards through to finished bottles;
- protection of production methods and the use of wine names;
- promotion and value enhancement of the wines protected;
- proposals and consultations with public administrations;
for the achievement of wich it works in unity of purpose and synergy with the "Consorzio di Tutela Vini di Cagliari" and the "Consortium Sulcis Carignano del Vino".
